1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between Remote Deluxe LLC (operating under the brand “AntiBooks”) and its customers. They govern the provision of services (e.g., bookkeeping consulting, automation projects, bookkeeping services) as well as the sale of digital products (e.g., online courses) via the website www.antibooks.digital.

3. Conclusion of Contract

  • The booking of services (e.g., bookkeeping or automation projects) is carried out individually based on an offer sent by email.
  • Online courses can be booked and paid for directly via the website. The contract is concluded upon successful payment.
  • In both cases, the customer receives a proper invoice.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • Prices for online courses are listed on the website and are net prices, plus applicable taxes if applicable.
  • Services such as consulting, bookkeeping, or automation are billed according to individual agreement.
  • Payments for digital products are due in advance. For services, the payment terms agreed upon in the offer apply.

5. Contract Duration and Termination

  • For ongoing services (e.g., monthly bookkeeping), a notice period of 30 days to the end of the month applies.
  • Termination must be submitted in written form (e.g., via email).
  • Online courses are not subject to any contract duration.

6. Digital Products (Online Courses)

  • Upon purchasing an online course, the customer receives a non-transferable, unlimited usage right for personal use.
  • Returns or refunds are excluded after purchase, as these are digital contents without a right of withdrawal (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
  • Sharing with third parties or publishing the content is prohibited.

7. Description of Services and Customer Cooperation

  • The scope of services is defined in the respective offer or course description.
  • The customer agrees to provide all necessary information required for fulfilling the order in a timely manner.
  • Delays caused by lack of cooperation will result in adjusted deadlines accordingly.

8. Liability

  • AntiBooks is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
  • No liability is assumed for lost profits, indirect damages, or data loss.
  • Use of the provided information and tools is at the customer’s own risk.

9. Data Protection

  • The provisions of our Privacy Policy apply.
  • Customer data is processed exclusively for contract fulfillment and in accordance with legal obligations.

10. Final Provisions

  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
  • The place of jurisdiction for all disputes, where permissible, is the registered office of Remote Deluxe LLC.
  • If individual clauses of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
